Cutting Policy

We always cut continuously & multiple quantities will come as continuous lengths.

Fabric is cut “straight” according to how the fabric is rolled on the bolt, not the design or print on the fabric, which is standard practice in all quilt shops. In some cases, blocked patterns may not be cut exactly on the line or straight due to how the fabric is rolled on the bolts. Please take this into consideration when ordering as exchanges will not be provided for this reason.

Fabric is cut “straight” according to the way the fabric is folded and started on the board by the manufacturer – which is not always symmetrical to the design. When purchasing a “directional fabric”, we recommend you purchase a little extra so that you may straighten and place the design in your project exactly how you would like.

Shipping Policy

All of our orders are cut and packaged for shipping by hand. We are a shop of three staff members. Please allow time for us to prepare and ship your order. You should get  emails notifying you at which stage of the shipping process your order is currently. We Do Not package and ship on days the shop is closed. Please refer to our shop hours page. You may call the shop during business hours to check the status of your order.

Currently we only ship to The Continental USA   

 

Return Policy

while we strive to be sure each customer is 100% happy. Items that are cut or opened Can Not be resold in our shop. For this reason, sales are final. And Can Not be returned.

In Store Pick-Up Policy.

we know times are tuff financially.  if you live locally, you can skip the shipping cost by selecting “Local Pick-Up as your shipping option when you check out. We will then prepare your order and set it to the side for you to pick up in shop. We asked that you pick up your items within 7 days the shop is open. Or make other other pickup arrangements. Or we may add holding fees to your order total.
